Chairman Piyass International and senior journalist/anchorperson Rana Imran Latif has stated that the ongoing operation in the Kacha area is nothing more than a formality and has failed to deliver meaningful results.

Since he belongs to Rahim Yar Khan and is well aware of the local dynamics , voluntarily offered to hold negotiations with the dacoits. Rana Imran Latif expressed confidence that successful negotiations would lead to the surrender of weapons by the dacoits and pave the way for a peaceful resolution of the issue.

He has appealed to the Chief Minister of Punjab to grant him this opportunity so that this long-standing problem can be resolved through dialogue and mutual understanding.

“He also pledged that, as a result of the negotiations, the abducted individuals would be safely recovered.
