Islamabad (Urdu Times) Two members of bike lifter gang arrested, stolen bikes recovered,Following the special directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police is continuing its indiscriminate operations across the federal capital against criminal elements, including those involved in bike theft activities.In this regard, the Sihala police team apprehended two wanted members of a bike lifter gang involved in multiple bike lifting activities.Police team also recovered 06 stolen motorbikes and weapons with ammunition from their possession. During the initial investigation, the accused confessed to committing multiple bike theft activities.DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq stated that the Islamabad Police is taking all possible measures to protect the lives and property of citizens and that strict action will be taken against those involved in depriving citizens of their valuable belongings.He urged the public to cooperate with the police and immediately report any suspicious activity or item to their nearest police station or via the emergency helpline “Pucar-15.”
