Kingdom Casino for UK Players – Account Verification

First, upload a clear copy of your government ID and a selfie that matches the ID photo. This step removes any doubts and reduces the verification pause to two business days.

The kingdom casino system scans the documents automatically and then cross‑checks the selfie using facial recognition. If your documents include a UK driving licence, passport, or national ID card, the process usually completes before the end of day for most users.

Keep the ID picture high‑resolution and avoid glare. The verification portal requires a plain background that contrasts with the ID. A tidy setup will make the upload smoother and prevent a repeat check.

For UK gamblers who prefer the free‑play version, casino kingdom io offers a quick alternative. It skips the heavy verification until you decide to withdraw funds. If you sign up, you can enjoy instant registration, then opt‑in later without affecting play.

When you hit the verify my account button, an email confirmation will land in your inbox within 10 minutes. Click the link, enter the code, and voilà – you’re ready to place real bets on your favourite slots or table games.

Session security and first steps

After authentication, click “Account Settings” → “Verification” and follow the on‑screen prompts. Kingdom Casino will request a government ID and a recent utility bill to confirm identity. Upload clear PDFs or JPEGs, then submit. The system accepts files up to 5 MB each; keep file names concise to avoid upload hiccups.

Uploading Required Documents: Proof of Identity, Address, and Bank Details

Upload your documents directly from the account settings tab; skip the waiting game.

Three files suffice: an identity photo, an address statement, and a banking snapshot. This trio clears the verification hurdle fast.

Identity: choose a passport, national ID, or driver’s licence. Present the front side only, ensuring the face and document number are clear. No back copy is required unless the system specifically asks.

Address proof: upload a recent utility bill or bank statement that dates within the last 90 days. Keep the header and account number fully legible, and delete any watermarks that could obscure details.

• Utility bill (electric, gas, water, internet)
• Bank or credit‑card statement
• Government‑issued letter, not exceeding 90 days

Bank details: capture a screenshot of your online banking console or a printed statement with the current balance displayed. If you prefer a card image, mask the number except the last four digits and display the expiry date prominently.

• Online banking screen (balance visible)
• Bank statement (last 30 days)
• Card photo (masked number, expiry shown)

File formats: stick to PDF or JPEG, keeping each file below 2 MB. Avoid compression that smudges numbers or letters. Files that exceed size limits automatically fail.

• PDF – best for documents with mixed text and images
• JPEG – high‑resolution photo without distortion
• File size:

After upload, the platform scans automatically. If it flags an issue, contact support via live chat. Replies typically arrive within a full day.

Once verification succeeds, you unlock higher withdrawal limits and faster payouts. Secure your account by checking every file meets the casino’s criteria before saving.
