Islamabad (Urdu Times): Syed Nadeem Mansoor, MQM Pakistan’s candidate for NA-47 Islamabad, along with General Secretary Upper Punjab Atiq-ur-Rehman and other office-bearers of MQM Pakistan, met Chaudhry Yaseen, Chairman of the CDA Mazdoor Union, on behalf of Chairman Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and Zahid Malik. During the meeting, both sides exchanged views. The CDA Mazdoor Union is regarded as one of the largest and strongest labor unions in Islamabad.

Syed Nadeem Mansoor stated that since MQM Pakistan has always supported the middle class and lower-income class, the party holds all labor unions in high regard. He said that MQM Pakistan stands with the working community because Chaudhry Yaseen himself belongs to this segment of society. Appreciating his services and performance, MQM Pakistan decided to pay him tribute and convey the greetings and best wishes of the party leadership. He added that Chaudhry Yaseen’s dedication to serving poor and middle-class people reflects the same vision that MQM Pakistan upholds for the lower-income segment of society.

He expressed hope that, Insha’Allah, in the coming days, the labor class and the middle class would become game changers in Pakistan’s politics. He said that when such people reach the assemblies, they will better understand the hardships of ordinary citizens and help move the nation away from feudal thinking.

Speaking about the upcoming local government elections, he said that MQM Pakistan is hopeful of delivering a strong performance in Islamabad and playing an effective role in the capital’s political landscape.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Chaudhry Yaseen remarked that this was the first time he had seen MQM Pakistan actively working in NA-47, something he had not witnessed before.

Additional Secretary Asad also recorded a special video message for MQM Pakistan Chairman Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Ameen Ul Haque, other party members, the Coordination Committee, and party workers.
