Islamabad (Urdu Times) IGP Islamabad pays tribute to police officers for effective duty performance during Eid-ul-Adha According to the details, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, paid tribute to the police officers and officials who performed their duties with excellence and dedication during Eid-ul-Adha. He said that throughout the three days of Eid-ul-Adha, more than 7,000 officers and officials of Islamabad Police carried out their responsibilities with commitment, professionalism, and a strong sense of duty to ensure security, traffic management, and the maintenance of law and order in the federal capital.IGP Islamabad stated that comprehensive security arrangements were ensured at Eid prayer congregations, recreational spots, parks, shopping centers, cattle markets, key public and private installations, and major highways during Eid-ul-Adha. As a result, citizens were able to celebrate the occasion in a peaceful and pleasant environment. He added that the public appreciated the effective security measures taken by Islamabad Police and enjoyed the Eid holidays at various recreational locations.He further said that police officers and officials fulfilled their professional responsibilities in an exemplary manner during the Eid holidays to safeguard the lives and property of citizens. Effective measures were also taken to ensure the smooth flow of traffic throughout the federal capital. Alongside Eid security duties, Islamabad Police also provided foolproof security to both national and international delegations.IGP Islamabad further stated that additional police officials were deployed at parks, recreational sites, and other public places to facilitate and protect citizens and ensure the smooth conduct of recreational activities.
