Islamabad (Urdu Times) IGP Reviews Departmental and Operational Affairs; Reaffirms Commitment to Modern and Professional PolicingAccording to the details, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi chaired a meeting attended by DIG Headquarters Muhammad Jawad Tariq, AIG Logistics Muhammad Usman Tariq Butt, SSP Investigation Salman Zafar, and other senior police officers.During the meeting, departmental, administrative, and operational affairs of Islamabad Police were reviewed in detail. The officers briefed the IGP Islamabad on the performance of their respective departments, ongoing initiatives, and progress on various matters.The meeting also discussed measures to further enhance the overall performance and professional capacity of the police force, ensure the effective utilization of available resources, improve administrative processes, and strengthen operational capabilities.IGP Islamabad directed all departments to perform their responsibilities in a professional manner and further strengthen coordination among various wings of the police. He emphasized the effective utilization of available resources and close monitoring of ongoing initiatives.He stated that enhancing professional capacity, strengthening the administrative system, and ensuring effective resource management are essential for developing a strong and modern police force. He directed all officers to ensure the timely completion of assigned targets and continue taking practical measures to further improve performance.IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi reaffirmed his commitment to further improving the departmental, administrative, and operational systems of Islamabad Police to bring the force in line with modern policing requirements and make it more efficient and professional, while ensuring the provision of better and high-quality police services to citizens.
