KARACHI (Urdu Times) Ceremony Held in Honour of Newly Elected General Secretary Javed Iqbal of Manghopir Town Peoples Labour Union; Thanks Extended to Aslam Samoon

KARACHI (Urdu Times) KARACHI The Manghopir Town Peoples Labour Union expressed its gratitude to Peoples Labour Bureau Karachi Division President Aslam Samoon for selecting Javed Iqbal as General Secretary.

A ceremony was organized by Manghopir Town Peoples Labour Union President Tufail Ahmed Khan in honour of newly elected General Secretary Javed Iqbal. On the occasion, President Tufail Ahmed Khan welcomed Javed Iqbal by presenting him with flower garlands and congratulated him on assuming his new position, while expressing his best wishes for his future responsibilities.

Senior Information Secretary Wajahat Ali Siddiqui, Vice President Rais Ahmed, Finance Secretary Hammad, Deputy General Secretary Shaukat Mushtaq and other office-bearers were also present.

The speakers said that Javed Iqbal is a hardworking, sincere and active worker, and expressed confidence that his election as General Secretary would further strengthen and activate the Peoples Labour Union. They also thanked Aslam Samoon for his support and expressed hope that all office-bearers would work together for the welfare and resolution of workers’ issues.
