They were executed within a structured operational security framework designed to safeguard religious gatherings, maintain public order and establish a pre-emptive security cordon against potential threats.<\/p>\n

The operation was built around command and control, field monitoring, situational awareness, inter-agency coordination and rapid response. Direct supervision by District Police Officer Attock Capt. (retd.) Ali Bin Tariq transformed the security disposition from a paper plan into an active and coordinated ground operation.<\/p>\n
