Dragonfly Reverb has been in my template for the past 39 days. Here is the honest report. Full context: popoffmusic.com.

What works

• Its reverb plugins engine is CPU-light on modern rigs — even multi-instance projects stayed under 20% CPU on an M2 Pro.
• The preset library covers 80% of common reverb plugins use cases without deep tweaking.
• Sound quality holds up in dense mixes without the usual reverb plugins artefacts.

What drags

The included manual is thin; you will need Michael Willis’s YouTube channel to unlock some features. That was the single friction point in eight weeks of use.

Who should get it

If you already have three or four reverb plugins options and none feel right, Dragonfly Reverb is worth two weeks of trial. If you have zero and want a single reliable pick, this is one of the safer bets in Michael Willis’s catalogue.
